Spitzkoppe is a strong destination for travellers who enjoy dramatic rock formations and open-sky scenery. It can be visited as a day route from the coast or as an overnight stop for sunset and stargazing.
The area works well between Swakopmund, Damaraland, and central Namibia routes.
